Meeting Request

To request a meeting or speaking request with Assemblymember Gray or a staff member, or to request participation in an event, tour, etc., please email:

Due to the large volume of requests, please allow five (5) business days before following up on your request.

Please include as much detail as possible in your email request, for example:

  • Name of your organization (or, the name of the requesting organization)
  • Your full name, email address, and phone number
  • Preferred location for the event (for example: “Capitol,” “District Office,” “Virtual,” or “Other Location”)
  • Topic/Purpose of meeting or the issue to be discussed (if about current legislation, please provide the bill number and the author)
  • Topic/Purpose of speaking engagement
  • Attendee name(s), title(s) including whom they represent
  • Suggested date, time, and location for the meeting or the speaking engagement

Please include any other information that you believe will be helpful for responding to your request in a timely manner.
